Below are some helpful faq's to get you started. If your answer is not here, please contact us.

What are your art requirements?
We recommend saving your file as a press quality pdf. You may also send the file in the following formats: jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, eps and png. We prefer a pdf with outlined fonts. Pdf's are easier to work with and will expedite your turn-around. You should convert all Pantone and spot colors to CMYK and make sure your files are saved in a CMYK color mode. The resolution of your files should be 300 dpi and no less. Please remember to add crop marks and flatten your files before sending. When the image is required to print to the edge, you need to extend (bleed) the image 1/8" (.125) past the cut line. Please keep all text .125 inside the cut line.

Can I get a pdf proof of my job?
Pdf proofs are available if requested at no extra charge.

This will vary depending upon the product ordered; however, generally 4 - 7 working days is standard on most print jobs.

Can I get my job faster?
Yes; however, a rush charge would apply.

What if I don't see what I'm looking for at this website?
All you've got to do is contact us. Chances are we can do it!

What are your payment terms?
Full payment is due upon order. All sales are final.
